What a hugely disappointing end to a great series. It feels like this ending caught the author off guard as well with all the time skips in the end. There was clearly so much more to this story that didn’t get to happen. Huge amounts of wasted potential but I still enjoyed the journey along the way

I'm loving the build up here and how this arc integrates really well with Kanon's own exploration of her own feelings. Seeing the way she acts around Saki may very well be the catalyst for her understanding her own feelings better.

I'm definitely rooting for Asumi to top Mai, as well as ofc Asumi keeping up her brothel-going ways
