This pun works fine in Japanese, but it’s basically untranslatable into English. She was playing with the word 押す (osu, “to push”) and お寿司 (osushi, “sushi” with the honorific o). When conjugated in certain forms, osu can end up sounding like osushi (plus whatever ending the conjugation adds)...

@Amenohi The original was 食べればー (Taberebaa) Where Tabereba is "if you eat" and Rebaa is "liver".
