I liked how he met the OgMC and helped him out. This seems like he'll either be more in the back protected or maybe on semi-equal terms with the ogMC.
Does anyone know if this has a novel or if they're any other stories like this one? Bonus points if they're a dad/parent too.

First and foremost this was not written by somebody who studied child psychology.(Maybe the novel is better idk haven't read it) There are way too many issues that get glossed over or don't get thought through. As someone with just a vague understanding of psychology, there are just so many icky...

Also she was hit once in the heart by the crossbow which would be even harder I would think for a normal person. I would agree to not discount the blind guy if multiple shots were used but I seriously doubt he was directly involved in murder. If anything, he'll ex machina into helping salome...
