surely for the same reason as the s3 problem it took so long to come out

its not the problem russian is easy language or not for me . but the problem is i can technically do 4 language (include 2 mother language with different system language) witch almost daily i use it . add more its not impossible but really hard and need more time to at least knew how to read it .
