Thanks @ShionArita Just as the credits state, this chapter was translated (Japanese -> French -> Russian -> English). At the time I didn't have any other sources. Also, my Japanese is not at the level where I could translate "Crash" in any other way. I picked this manga up because no one else...

Sacchan's mother was called Kise, so she was called by her last name. It makes sense in the Japanese culture. Thanks for the translation.
