honestly its better when you just put a note saying "she is speaking with a lisp" at the start and just leave it at that. It never works out well when you try to mimic certain speach mannerisms. I find it the same when they're speaking in archaic language. just use regular english and say...

Having read the web novel (or at least up to chapter 141 which is the latest free release from back in January, the rest is behind a paywall) all your questions are answered to an increasing extent as the story progresses. Story has some pretty crazy world building too. No spoilers though.
