Update: I was on a different manga website and it doesn’t have a harem tag on that so I think this one is just a bad tag, I really hope so.

It could end up becoming one since this is an adaptation and I haven’t read the original, but personally from what I know of it I think that’s a bad tag. The name of the series is literally Gal X Otaku and I don’t remember that tag being there before.
