No he is strong (he is currently one of the three Gold rank adventurers), Also don't down play Elze as she is a power-house especially in later LN Volumes.
Honestly this is one of my fav moments from the LN, Touya making Brunhild.
Also why are people complaining about him using program like this? All he did was give the object two new parameters by using [Enchant] with [Apport] & [Modeling] allowing for the magical properties of changing the shape...

Honesty some of the best parts of LN was Touya's internal monologues, with my fav one being "No! Marriage is where your future goes to die! My older cousin said so!" then it goes into his older cousin's backstory where it ends on "I couldn't ever shake the image of my cousin's withered...
It could be that the split was coursed by how vague of an idea he had of her, so his imagination was filling in all the blanks with character tropes like Gyaru Karin, while praying which led to the two version of Karin we see now and we probably will later see if there are more version of her.
