Honestly I don't get why this is rated so low. I think it's a really cool story concept to break away from the overused basic ideas of how two people fall in love, and tropes regarding virginity. I will admit it's nothing amazing story-wise, but it's been pretty refreshing for me...
Dawg mangadex comments will forever kill me. The one time an MC is straightforward with his feelings and makes it clear he wishes to get into a relationship with his crush, people start saying shit like he's grooming her

It's almost impressive how they managed to get out of this situation with close to no real progression, and with the main question of departure left unanswered all the while "defusing" the tension between the two characters.
The double standard characters have in mangas like this pisses me off. Same in Meguro that when there's a FMC who's had previous relationships with shitty guys, the FMC's protective friend are cut-throat with the current MC yet are kind/normal to previous assholes who dated her. Shit is annoying...
