Kinda? Checked the raws, it says " 誰…？ " which literally translates to "Who...?" And they've always had quite a bit of sass, so it feels good to me. Besides, those little end notes always make me chuckle, so it's fine by me.

I don’t think it fits the story progression though. If it was Death itself, nothing could really be done against it, and I doubt this manga is gonna end with Miko dying. This feels more like a spirit with a strong grudge against her family or something, the sickle could easily be a red herring...

I don't understand why so many people are convinced that the middle-aged man is the Grim Reaper/Death itself. Is there something aside from the sickle? It would leave so many plot points unresolved, like why her dad hasn't moved on yet, or why it tried to get Miko to open the door by imitating...
