You understand that this chapter is a volume-exclusive chapter, right? The compiled volumes are presumably where there's no censorship for the tits in the chapters that have them. The scanlations done for the other chapters here are based on the magazine-/web-serialized versions of the chapters...

It was around the 10th year anniversary mark of the series that Azuma started to not strictly stick with the monthly serialization schedule he had done previously...
