Either that or the uploaders are just gatekeeping the chapters behind their paywall. Given the comments I've been reading in this and other mangas this group has, I wouldn't be surprised if the latter is the reason.

A cousin of mine also drives like this. I'm still surprised that she hasn't had a serious crash yet. There's too many people out there with a car that shouldn't be allowed to drive, given how stupidly dangerous they are.
