I already thought it was pointless for her to be 16 in the start, and now it's even weirder!
My head canon is that she's actually 17 in this flashback, and she (plus the rest of the cast) are 20 or so in the main timeline. She sure isn't drawn like a 13 year old here, that's for damn sure...
