@Doomroar: I think it's important to point out that this not just a flashback, but also in an alternate universe (see chapter 56).

"Usually" there are weekly new chapters, but next week there won't be a new one, so it's going to continue in two weeks. Also, there's the tendency to go on hiatus for months after enough chapters for the next volume are released....

For what it's worth, there's a note that volume 8 will be released in the first part of 2019, so new chapters should be on the horizon ...at some point.
