A bit of a translation mistake: in the last page Keitaro says 解きました - "I removed them" I really loved the conversation about love hotels at the beginning though. Keitaro is gonna end up like in that one meme with a girl doing a piece sign. It's quite wholesome in a way imo.

Okay, I enjoyed this actually. The best parts were the start and the end. I liked the ending because everything didn't just get magically solved, but they are definitely on better terms than before.

I think everyone is misunderstanding the dots illusion. Yes, if you look around the picture you can easily see all 9 dots, but if you only look at one of them, you can only see 4-5 in total.
