I tried reading the next 5 chapters. My eyes are burning I don't think I can last until the tl changes 25 chapters later

I really like this story for how it portrays it's events between mortals and immortals, but I always end up reading this on and off. When I get curious about how things play out, I return to read some more chapters. Then I end up getting scared about the same thing, and I put it down for awhile.
