By capitalising every single word, you mean that TS made the whole sentence made up of Upper case characters or only First letter of every word? I find making full text completely uppercase to be the norm in the scanlation community. I have worked in over 5-10 groups so I am definitely sure...

Could have, official publisher already have Volume 5 translated to English but has geolocked it and haven't given any further news or intention to translate further volumes. Fuck those guys (they were named amagi or something)
