Question, why does this chapter's name is generic. I mean, "A Maiden in Love"? Is the name pun in the raw can't be translated to english?

The sad part is that the Totoro guy's tshirt doesnt look like it fit him. Which implies he's been searching for Totoro since he was a kid. (Also the fact he's been searching for 34 years)
