The sentence is split like this この子が (The little one) 死んだあなたを (you who died) 運んくれたのよ (carried) All in all, it translates more or less as "This little one carried you here when you died"

I'm guessing this is still Kyara, and it's more of a The Time Traveller's Wife situation. Whenever he pops in, it's at different points in her life, just not in order. This version of Kyara has already met him multiple times (more than just twice), but those meetings are still in his future.
