I think I understand what's going on. That's a lie I have no idea what's going on. But I think I enjoyed it. Even if the art is borderline undecipherable at certain points. Solid 8.5/10.

Ok, so the Governors are AI in charge of this City. They are not inherently evil, but due to a lack of Net Genes, security protocols are activated throughout the city, which results in the rogue Plastic Boys trying to kill people. This must mean that the security is meant to keep out intruders...

This would be a really cool video game. I'd play it.
