Well thanks anyway for the clarification albeit quite disappointing since there are not english translation for the manga. Here's another question, can i upload another translation if its not fully automated or i'm permanently banned for posting any upload?

Hello, It's my first time trying to upload my own english translated of volume 3 chapter 12 of The Irregular at Magic High - Upheaval Prologue Arc. It has been 2 days since then and i'm just wondering how much longer do i need to wait until my translation approved? Thanks :)
