If a setting has magical compatability tests that don't require the people involved to be there, they can easily handwave something like that with "oh your adventurer card records your kills" or something along those lines. It's not even an uncommon thing in isekai/RPG slop.
Another issue with having this as the sole solution to the slow start problem is that emergency stops happen. If this solution is needed in the first place it can't exactly be a case of "oh it takes an hour to get up to speed without this" since like GipoScribatino said that'd be completely...
Hmm, let's do some simple deduction on the possible outcomes of ignoring this slop or not:
If people ignore it, at best:
-Two groups waste effort working on the same thing
-Readers with low standards get to read something slightly faster
If people ignore it, at worst:
-The quality group gets...
There is no flashback in this chapter, that's where your issue starts I guess.
The dojo scene is at the same time as the events the MC is experiencing.
The issue with the idea of redemption for her at this point, is that we've had an entire arc about Raoul measuring how tainted people's souls are. If there were some possibility of undoing said taint through extended periods of suffering, he'd presumably have done that instead of just instantly...

Going purely off trope assumptions, the girl he rescued with the missing mom is probably Rinka's daughter. AKA she didn't actually wait for him and had a kid with some other guy. So there's nothing for him to stray from, and he'll probably go for the daughter instead.
That credit info-page seems important enough to put up as the first page, to be honest.
And silly Toyoda, you're supposed to turn him into a dog. It's even in his name, c'mon now.
