I love fantasy/isekai trash but if this premise didn't have the truck death and just went with him playing the games it would definitely have been more interesting. I mean there are already mangas with characters playing videogames like hi-score girl so it could have worked nicely.

If this was a web novel i bet author changed the plot after getting sudden backlash from irritated readers
