weird to me when they try to go "yeah that pose is actually a proposal here" but then immediately go "oh but honorifics are the same as in japan." feels like there should be more cultural differences than just a proposal pose and the isekai staples of "15yo = adult, last name = noble"
i think the rats are just speaking in katakana sometimes which would be just translated phonetically by a translation tool. for example, "ウシロカラ" would be just turned into romaji as "ushirokara." but if you were to convert it to hiragana/kanji, "後ろから" would become "from behind." i've seen other...
