Hmmmm….originally in the WN it was quite long. This whole “exile” bit spanned about 230 odd chapters. But considering how the manga just obliterated the useless filler, changed how certain stuff happened, and considering what changes could have happened in the LN version that may translate into...

I like how this extra chapter subtly address the fundamental issue that’s surrounding Liz. Mainly the fact her rabid fanbase is always siding with her without thinking and the still unknown why that is happening.

Yeah it’s pretty much this. But considering how the lore surrounding the novel is and what the cast did over the course of the novels, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was true.
