Ren's sisters' name is Miki Sasaki and Rumi Sasaki, not Hoshino. And Naoto only learns about their existence in ch 7, so perhaps this is just a case of "same face syndrome" in author's art style.

Yeah they actually announced live action adaptation and anime adaptation September last year simultaneously, but the live action one (which is in TV drama format) is greenlighted and aired earlier than the anime (since we have no other info as of this comment being written), so maybe more info...
