wait... he's a guy but his avatar's body is female, but no one else can tell because he says he's a dude? the first few chapters and those flashback panels look way too feminine to just be another case of anime girly man. did this manga adaptation leave some parts out of the story or something
I can't stand that the author sets up plot points in the first few chapters only to ignore it completely. Holy shit this is annoying. This is the only story where i skimmed through every proceeding chapter just to check if the author was fucking with me.
From what i picked up on this chapter the goal is:
*the MC finding a meaning to his life after the demon lord has died*
yet he doesn't get to decide what he does with his life and is instead puppeteer'd by his boss lady and just goes along with it.
Although I might not have been paying enough...
@VincentYamato seeing how the author treats his story and his characters, i have no doubt the other girl will die too. probably for some nonsensical quick easy shock value that invalidates & wastes previous chapters full of characters and development
