There were only three doujins for this series, we don't get to see such moments between male lead and OL director. But, I do hope the author revisits this series someday. If you are curious, you can find the OL director dog lady in the author's past artwork if you know where to look.

It's tagged as doujinshi because it was self-published by the artist. Doujinshi aren't required to be a parody of some other work and can be original. It can only be tagged as a manga if there was an publisher behind it.
