Don't worry. It's not just you. Most people don't get this. Dynasty reader has this setting as the status of the scanlation. However, here at MDex, we, unlike Dynasty, who only hosts English translations, have translations in MANY languages. Therefore we do the status based on the country of origin.

Why can you guys not grasp this concept. ＞Completed in COUNTRY OF ORIGIN If you look further down, right before the chapter list, it says ＞Last Chapter: Vol 3, Ch 17 This means the next chapter is the last one. There will most likely be an Extra or an Epilogue, too. Most Yuri Hime comics do...
