These "footnotes" are what you'll see in magazines on every chapter of every manga, nothing to do with volumes. Volume 5 will most likely go up to 35 (latest chapter right now is 44).

Latest chapter (28) only gets to the start of chapter 102 of the WN... and there are 315 of those out lol

The word ocha does translate to "tea", but you're not supposed to take an invitation to go out for ocha that literally. In English, the default invitation is "let's get coffee", while in Japanese, the default invitation is "let's get tea", regardless of what you're going to drink. Since they do...

Noting this as the one who translated this series for the other group: For once, there is actually a translator available (me), but somehow there's no one to redraw/typeset lol. A proper TL for this chapter has been sitting untypeset for over half a year now 🤷‍♂️
