I'm honestly torn. This is such a high-quality manga that I would love to inhale dozens upon dozens of chapters. But at the rate it's being updated, I'd need to count on my (non-existent) grandchildren to keep watch and complete the quest for me...

I feel like I lose 3-10 brain cells every time a read a new chapter, and I don't have that many brain cells left...

My dude, RIGHT? I was in it for the lulz initially, but the plot is actually, genuinely engaging and unpredictable. I'm in love with this stuff.

If it's so 'well-tred', would you mind recommending more of such stories? It seems madly fresh and unpredictable to me, but maybe I was just behind the times, and there are already tons of fantasy manga with a parasite/symbiont/ghost protagonist, political intrigue and solid humor.
