Actually surprisingly yes... The characters Go "ゴ" and Ro "ロ" are Katakana and when put together are supposed to symbolize a sound similar to a rumbling. Thunder or the like, but when put into the context of a cat girl falling asleep, purring is the closest logical step. It's about the context.
Thank you for the feedback, not that I will be uploading more of this series as I now know that it would be disrespectful towards the current translators, but if I ever do pick up a different series I will take this advice to heart.

Fair, I did it myself just cause I wanted to read the chapter and I thought it would help me really learn my way around Japanese. I now know that what I did is frowned upon, so my actions will change from here on out.
