I don't know, but this guy seem kinda pushy order people around to find something that he can do it by himself, and what you had to do with "prehensile hair" anyway. this thread caught my attention because this guy been posting similar topic couple of times.

Been trying find back manga that i've read before, the plot is about a pair of childhood friend(?) man and women who grew up together, but they kinda hate each other like mocking and etc. Later when they grew up, the heroine kinda choosed as a saint or somekind similar and the mc feel happy...
