Yotsuba’s text actually uses the same font as the original Japanese. It’s Sha-Ken’s Go-Curl typeface. Thankfully the design translates well into English, as it’s very fitting in Japanese.
Something unique about this chapter is how difficult it is to translate. There is a lot of repetition of specific phrases in the original text that, when translated, come off quite awkward. Such repetitions make it difficult to parse where exactly the jokes are, and what they might mean. In this...
