We won't be doing 41-44 as saokyy already did them :) We only released 40 because we'd already done a lot of work on it. I did a TL of 41 but no other work was done on it. Tokubetsu Hen Chapter 2 / Chapter 46 is already out on lolscans.org btw

Just Tokubetsu for now since we could only find Kibou in Japanese and we (LOLScans) are currently lacking a JTL

I am currently translating it, Tokubetsu-Hen There is also another volume after it, Kibou-Hen, which is a tribute to Seiki Tsuchida

Because I can't see the words through my tears The actual reason is that we got really demoralized when MD went down for a time, then our own site went down, and we couldn't really publish anywhere. But now we're back, and our members are busy with school / uni / work / whatever
