The extra line is added by the mangaka. It's not the most common way to show that a character is speaking in another language, in most cases it's done by making the text horizontal instead of vertical, writing the text in katakana instead of kanji or using a different font.

Another anon already translated the last remaining volume last month, so the TL is already complete. I don't have much time to typeset so the finished version might take a bit, especially with Christmas coming soon, but I'll try to finish it.

I don't really like credit pages because I'm not good at making them, so I just wrote the TL credit on the bottom left of the last page. They do be pretty small though.
