There's a translation error on page 10, the raws stated "Is sumata (intercrural sex) okay?", not doggystyle. So, it's not an actual sex.

Not sure if I'm right, I think she is one of the side character in the author's another serialized manga Hina no Mama ja Dame desu ka.
