I honestly doubt I'll ever find another manga that has the depth of mind games and foreshadowing Usogui did. I'm not really gonna hold it against this manga, it's still fun to see the reveal after the fact.
The design of the vinegar bottle is a dead ringer for Gold Plum Zhenjiang black vinegar, an entirely different product from a different part of China. Wonder if it was an error or an intentional alteration.

@ItsWeasel Suteguma guessing 10 in round one meant that he couldn't have had 10 beads, since that would make it an illegal guess. If Baku had 2, he would have no reason to guess 12 in round two, because he knows Suteguma doesn't have 10 and therefore 12 can't be right. So Baku guessing 12 means...
