You know I love my isekai-trash.. triply so when it's mixed with ero-slop.. but here it feels a bit out of place. The violence/gore element (interesting as it is even though it's a bit AoT rip-off) is a little too real and throws the whole balance off. Not sure what the author's thinking here...

Hopefully, because that other author fumbled so hard with the premise - either make it an edgy survival or harem romcom SoL or go all-in with the R18 stuff.. because the those other attempts (at laest the manga) don't appear to be able to make up their mind.
