While I do agree, going to a therapist can cost a lot of money, and it has already been stated that his financial situation is kinda tough after having to pay the consolation money in the divorce. He may have some money left over, but it may not be enough to consistently be able to pay for therapy

People have different personalities my guy. Easy as that. Some people are more timid/shy, while some people are more daring/bold. It doesn't have to have anything to do with being on the spectrum. I know people on the spectrum who are way more bold than other people, and some who are more timid
