In the novel, he literally forgot about the app until he got punched. Could be explained by having never done anything like this before and being stressed out.

The execution is actually pretty tame because of the MC's personality. He talks the talk, but...

REALLY heavy on the "sinister first panel, wholesome-and-maybe-midly-suggestive second panel" at first, but it tones down in the later chapters from what I've seen (up to chapter 9). Bit of a weird "daddy" thing going on though.

It didn't amount to much in the novel other than "You're never allowed to do anything like this again." Didn't even take up a full page of dialogue.

In the novel they explain that he said meals should be shared between family and left to give them privacy. Might've had work to do or something who knows—it's really just a plot device to let them talk about the concert.

Oh hell yeah. Can't wait to see Sakurai's utterly confused reaction to this, later followed by the dad's complete 180. Honestly the dad should be seeing him as the best possible person to be the senpai.

Not sure why she felt the need to say she'll tell her how she really feels in a month given that all it would do is give Landlady anxiety, but all's well that ends well! This was a really cute story~
