I think the Bullman may have been Bluemont (Blue Mountain)? Since they basically using real name of coffee blends. There was a old manga series there all three leads were named, Mocha, Killiman, and Bluemont.

The way the manga "flashbacked" the story for the last few chapters feels... clumsy in the way that it felt like this mangaka could have done better...

So far there is no real explanation why that skill have to exist, if it's that bad why the MC was saddle with it. Especially in the world with god as well. Why would god create skill that would burdened people like that. I would say this is just basic world building for the sake of the plot...
