This story was genuinely horrible from beginning to end. R07 inspiration is there but it's used lazily. The characters had basically no real personalities and were all one-note. The ending was so bad that it had me in tears.

I'm 90% sure the MC's Dad is not only the culprit, but is also the father of both of the main characters. He has literally no idea how to be a father, and the man has basically no actual emotions.
