I was expecting way more. There's no blackmail, no extortion, there isn't even the indirect threat of him getting expelled or something if he doesn't raise his grade. Obviously she's manipulating him but that's mostly played as a joke and he's very happy to go on these dates with her.
Not super surprising, the whole cast is getting broken up after middle school ends. And I don't think Norio has much interest in writing about people older than like 14 so a time skip sequel series seems pretty unlikely. Great series, looking forward to how it wraps up.
