I literally didn't notice the translator notes until people in the comments pointed them out, I never read them in other manga so I just became so accustomed to ignoring them my brain just doesn't register them

It annoys me that the main plot is the MC wanting to help the girl he's known his whole life and is obviously in love with him but the author still decided to make it a stereotypical harem

I don’t know why but I feel like a lot of this lost a lot of meaning with this chapter being right after he just did it with another girl.
