oh wow, she's just straight-up confronting her about the novel premise. Also refreshingly honest with her family and Nassar a chapter ago :O
Most stories with a similar premise just kind of skirt around the topic forever.
What an annoying antagonist. He's not even being clever or subtle, but just using his authority and brainwashing to force things to go a certain way. A forced plot falls apart quickly. I guess it fits with his obsession with being at the "center" of the "prophecies", but like, he isn't even...
Looks like I'm the minority here as someone who likes this one lol. Plot is straightforward and doesn't really take any risks, and setting is very much inspired from other series - but at least it takes the time to actually develop a fantasy world rather than just being another "Earth but now...
My guess is that the mastermind is
No idea if this is true, but that's my best guess. If anyone knows who it actually is, I wouldn't mind some spoilers.
Since this seems like a more lighthearted story, I don't think the priest has any bad intentions...but he just gives bad vibes. Like the kind of person who SEEMS normal, but you just get the impression that they're capable of terrible things behind closed doors.
Lol yep, those same CG horses show up in so so many webcomics it's ridiculous. XD
Besides that, this was such a lovely chapter. Even though Lorraine is leaving the house in tears again in this timeline, it's from joy and not from sadness. I'm so happy for her.
These kind of side stories are in the novel, as sort of an epilogue. I remember we've still got a little bit of wrap up to do that belongs to the original author's content (including one for Reystov :) ), and then after that we'll see if the manga artist starts adding their own thing.
Wow. I mean, we already knew Ruby was trash. but she's TRASH-trash. She's showing absolutely no regret for her actions and emotional manipulation towards Lloyd. This series better not try and have her be forgiven - if they wanted to do that they should have had her show at least some remorse by...
It's almost like constantly comparing sbilings - always raising one up and always putting one down - messes them up and causes problems. 🙃 HMMMM.
Also, hard to feel sorry for Cliff losing his loved one when he and she schemed to completely ruin and kill other people.
Thanks for the chapters! :D
I was worried something bad happened between Catherine and Henry, but it just turns out to be a budding romance lol
It's nice the story is continuing past the "original story" by the author. Also, the girl aiming for Killeon rushed too much and has definitely made a...
It's "tradition" for someone from the salon to become student council president??? And they're trying to force someone into that position who doesn't want it just because of that tradition? That feels kind of snobbish, like, only the wealthiest are allowed to be part of the student council.
This was originally part of a Villainess Anothology. Did someone just...separate and bring the chapters here?? I mean, no complaints from me, this one was the best from that anthology by far so it saves me the trouble of having to find it each time.
Edit: It looks like they might have actually...
