Self-insertion is kinda bad but the latter portion has potential. Hope the story takes an interesting route and not just retread commonly transversed ground.

I find that the last page can be translated to: "Don't forget, Masaki-kun. Now I'm your next-door neighbor. Seeing you makes me feel so alive. <3" Or something like that.
