I think it's simply a play on "Your Name" but "Neigh" because Andre's whinnying like a horse, a beast, by the end of the chapter. Maybe even referencing the film by the same name, which is a romance movie about a guy and a girl swapping bodies and learning to understand each other?

Now I understand why people were saying this manga went downhill after Ch. 240 or so, but I guess the guys have no sense of loyalty, they were always just high school pervs since page 1, so it shouldn't be surprising.
