Problem with this manga is that the MC hates the current system where the other parties only recruit other members with high number stats but the MC only recruits based on peoples skills stats so basically he is doing the same thing thus a hypocrite.

This guy is a hypocrite, he judges people by their skills like how the others judges other for their number stats.
