Extremely limited film. It's fairly easy for film to be damaged and depending on their society film might have been a rarity enough before the crisis. I'm sure he doesn't have a whole lot of film available

This is what I gathered. Cibo uploaded herself to the mainframe to hack it or something, but instead she got hacked by a safeguard. Little ghost guy was trying to prevent the safeguard from forming but was failing so he told dhomo. Dhomo took Kili gun and tried to fight the Cibo Safeguard but...
